My Team and Staff 
I joined Coldwell Banker as an Agent in the Greater Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area in 1986 and enjoyed a very successful and satisfying career, consistently in the top 2 percent of the more than 11,000 agents in the region. I was the recipient of many distinguished honors from the "Rookie of the Year" and "Top Listing and Sales Agent" during most years. In 1995, I was recognized as the "Top Sales Agent - Closed Sales Transactions" by the Greater Pittsburgh Board of Realtors. The award I held dearest to my heart was the "Customer Service Excellence Award" which an award given to the No. 1 Agent who demonstrated outstanding service to his/her clients. My greatest enjoyment during my success in real estate is the satisfaction of my clients and my role in providing for their needs with the least amount of tension in their daily lives.
I joined Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty as a REALTOR/Broker in 2005, desiring to be a part of an outstanding local firm and a Coldwell Banker Affiliate in Sunset Beach Office. Having enjoyed working with the people in the real estate business for so many years, the desire to continue in the Carolinas and our new home community with Coldwell Banker presented an outstanding opportunity for me. My experience and ability to help buyers and sellers in their real estate needs is an asset to my clients and Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty. My love of the Coastal Carolina area and the people and the varying real estate environment presents me with the opportunity and challenge to realize the same enjoyment that I had during my working experience in the northern market.
In 2009 and 2010, I was the "Company Wide Top Producer for Closed Sales Agent" in the Coldwell Banker Sloane Reality and was also in the "Top 8 Real Estate Agents" in the Brunswick County MLS for 2010 which has a membership of more than 900 agents.
In March of 2011, I joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty as REALTOR/Broker, desiring to expand my real estate business with the largest Coldwell Banker office in North Carolina with ten (10) offices and over 300 agents. Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty provides the opportunity for expansion of my business on a team approach. I have formed "The Kozel Team" with real estate professionals having a common goal to collectively expand the real estate services for clients in southeastern Brunswick County.
In 2011, I was the "Top Coldwell Banker Realtor in Brunswick County" and ,also, in the "Top 5 Real Estate Agents" in the Brunswick County MLS for 2011.
Albert Kozel, Realtor/Broker, and my husband is an important member of the team. He joined me as an Coldwell Banker Real Estate Agent in 1995 in the Pittsburgh area and in 2007 joined me with Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty in North Carolina. In March, 2011, he joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty as a member of the team. His extensive engineering, architectural and sales background is a very positive asset to my real estate business. He provides management and administrative support on a daily basis, in addition to real estate and marketing, providing a very positive asset contributing his background and support for the services that I provide to my clients.
Frank Saubers, Realtor/Broker, joined the team in January, 2012 after 11 years with Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty in Sunset Beach. He was a top agent in the Sunset Beach Office and was recognized for many Coldwell Banker Awards and sales achievements. His extensive experience in coastal and golf community real estate provides the team with an even broader base for serving our clientele.
Mary E. Cross, Administrative Assistant, joined the staff to provide the administration of the office requirements for the Team, Mary has extensive experience in management of data base systems and office practices. She is responsible for the extensive paper trail for real estate procedures and the schedule of the various requirements for real estate transcations.
